Leaves are red in the spring, taupe in the summer, and ruby red in the fall. H. villosa and H. americana parentage for more heat and humidity tolerance. Heucheras, commonly called Coral Bells, are easy to grow and blend easily with most other perennials in the landscape. Because of their low, mounding habit, they are often used as edging along paths or in containers. NOTE: be careful not to bury the crowns when planting.
