Looks like no other hosta! Unusually tight, folded dark-green, crinkled leaves and yellow-gold margin turning white on the end of a long, upright petiole. Each green leaf is rolled and folded into a tube shape, displaying the prominent veins on the back and shiny underside - very unique. So different it is a conversation piece! Gerry Williams discovered this hosta while shopping at a nursery near Pequot Lakes, MN. He thought the folded leaves look like hands folded in prayer. Lavender flowers on an 18" scape.

You need this hosta for your collection!
I really like this plant. It keeps the "folded" look to it's leaves, and remains upright despite rain or heat.

This is a really cool and unique host. Unfortunately, out of the three varieties I purchased it was the only one to not survive the Dallas winter. Too bad:-(
