A symmetrical brilliant yellow mound of heart-shaped leaves; ruffled, puckered, and corrugated. Gold in spring, changing to a chartreuse color by summer. Rapid growth rate. Essentially, this is a H. 'Golden Tokudama' that grows quickly and does not scorch. After a long winter in early spring this hosta may shine brightest in your garden. This is the best hosta for dramatic spring color.
